Education and Training
Supporting close to 100,000 employees, the Australian club industry is managed by 54,000 directors who are directly elected by clubs members.
Clubs Australia is committed to growing the skill base of our industry because a well-resourced club sector is better placed to meet the diverse needs of the Australian community.
Through the state and territory associations, on-going training and professional development is provided to club boards, managers and employees.
Local clubs also invest heavily in their workforce, spending more than $28 million annually on formal staff training and development.
